You can make an appointment to complete your work within 30 days of the end of your session. There is a fee of $25.00 per hour. You will be notified by email when work is ready for pick up.
All completed work must be picked up within 30 days of completion.
Payment in full is due at the time of enrollment through the payment portal in our scheduling site. If not paid through the site within 60 minutes your reservation will automatically cancel. Any invoices sent to you for reservations made through staff must also be paid on receipt and will be cancelled if it remains unpaid 24 hours prior to the start of class.
If you have any issues with our payment portal, or you need to make payment in a different way, please contact us at email@example.com to make your reservation. Otherwise your reservation made through our website will automatically cancel in 60 minutes and your spot will not be reserved.
Your payment must be paid via the portal on our website where you made your reservation. If you went directly to Paypal, it will not notify our system and your reservation will still automatically cancel. If we don’t notice it right away and you get a cancellation notice, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of a session or class. Refunds will be made at that time, less a 15% processing fee. This does not apply to Summer sessions (see those items separately under the Summer camp/class tab and choose the link for current year policies)
In general, one class may be made up per 4 class course, however see each class description for details. The class must be made up within 30 days of the missed class during specified available makeup class days/times. Makeup classes can be scheduled by contacting us at email@example.com
When a reservation is made for a particular day and time, it is expected that you will remain committed to that schedule. If you wish to make a change, it will depend upon space availability and must be completed at least 48 hours in advance of the beginning of your session. Once a session has begun, changes cannot be made.
Proof of a Covid vaccine is required at the time of enrollment, along with completion of the Covid screening/waiver form. Masks and additional test requirements are needed for those unvaccinated and may change due to current CDC regulations. Currently, for unvaccinated students, masks are to be worn at all times when in attendance. For all students, masks are to be worn anytime indoors. However this could change at any time, so please contact us for current details.

Mud Puppies camp registration begins the first Friday in March each year. Make sure you are on our email list and have a student account set up so that you can register as soon as possible as camp tends to sell out the majority of dates within the first couple of days registration becomes available.
Follow the prompts or go directly to https://mudpuppiesla.timetap.com and click on the registration button on the top right of the screen or if by phone, in the dropdown menu.
