- Generally an event takes place in the afternoons on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, though exceptions can be made.
- Event timing is partially dependant on whether we are accommodating pool use (as it’s based on availability).
- Minimum number of Students is 4 at $85 per student (also the cost of the non-refundable deposit, $340).
- 4-6 Students $85/student
- 7-12 Students $70/student
- Can accommodate up to 14 but may be an additional charge for an extra assistant.
- If you want to add the pool you’d need to provide your own lifeguard and there is an additional fee for pool use. (depending on number of students)
- If you want to extend beyond 2 hours there is also an additional fee (depending on number of students)
- Final head count and payment due no later than 48 hours in advance of the party. Any cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
- The prices above include a simple glaze done by Sue, allowing for pickup 1 week later.
- If you choose to have students come back to glaze their own pieces (or if they’d like to) we can set up a 1 hour glazing appointment the next weekend for $25/student. This can be paid for by the host, or offered for individual students to set up and pay individually.
- You will choose a project to do with Sue prior to the party. Projects are simple in nature so that everyone can complete it within about 1 hour and 15 minutes, leaving 45 minutes for general socializing, play time, cake and presents, business networking, or pool.
- Yes! You can bring food and Yes! you can byob!
